Energy bills could triple to meet climate goal

Simon Taylor reportsHousehold fuel bills will have to rise to twice today's levels by 2020 if the EU is to come even close to cutting greenhouse gases by 20% and obtaining 20% of energy from renewable sources like wind and solar power.
