The European Central Bank has decided to leave the
eurozone's main interest rate unchanged this month.
The main refinancing rate remains at a historic low of
0.75%.
Mario Draghi, the ECB's president, is now holding a press
conference where he will explain the decision of the governing council and
other ECB measures, including the move to buy government sovereign bonds.
