Borg’s animal-testing stance causes concern

The cosmetics industry has reacted with alarm to suggestions made by Tonio Borg, Malta’s nominee to become European commissioner for health, that he favours the European Commission sticking to a March 2013 ban on animal-testing for cosmetics.
