Court ruling forces re-think on plenary sessions

ECJ ruling has given a boost to supporters of Parliament having two seats.

The leaders of the European Parliament’s political groups will meet on 10 January to redraft the schedule of plenary sessions in Strasbourg, following an adverse court ruling last week.
