Czechs apologise to Bulgaria for artwork

Artist behind work depicting Bulgaria as a toilet offers to withdraw piece from Czech-commissioned installation; Czech government says it was hoodwinked.

The Czech deputy prime minister and a Czech artist responsible for an artwork commissioned by the Czech government that satirises national stereotypes have apologised to the Bulgarian government for using a toilet in a depiction of the country.
