Goods from occupied territories not ‘Made in Israel’

EU court says that goods produced in Israeli settlements exported via Israel should be subject to import tariffs.

Goods produced in Israeli-occupied settlements in Palestinian territories and exported through Israel should not be eligible for preferential treatment under the European Union’s association agreement with Israel, an advocate-general of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) said today.
