18-19 February Committee of the Regions plenary session

THE Committee of the Regions (CoR) began its second four-year mandate by electing Manfred Darnmeyer and Jos Chabert as its new president and first vice-president respectively. Manfred Darnmeyer is the minister for federal and European affairs of North Rhine Westphalia, while Jos Chabert is minister for finance and the economy in the Brussels regional government.
