Al-Qaeda threat to Westerners

I do not think that the front page story, showing a Spanish girl holding the picture, (‘Counting the cost of a far-away war', European Voice, 18-24 March) reflects the reality. It suggests that if Spain had not supported the war (actually our soldiers did not fight), we could have avoided the Madrid atrocity.
