Arnie terminates summit date

A minor adjustment to the programme of the European Business summit which in a fortnight's time (15-16 March) will bring some of the great and good (but not all) to Brussels. In the original cast for the session on energy and climate change, at which European Energy Commissioner Andris Piebalgs will have a starring role, was one Arnold Schwarzenegger, the governor of California, previously known as The Terminator. But Schwarzenegger has cried off and has been replaced by Lars Josefsson, chief executive of Vattenfall. The unfortunate Josefsson will have to resign himself to being seen as (no) Substitute.
