Cox plans victory party a month before ballot

European Parliament Liberal leader Pat Cox has made a point recently of refuting persistent claims that he is arrogant. Nevertheless, the Irish MEP is so confident of being elected as the assembly's new president in its 15 January ballot that he has already organised his victory celebrations.
