Cypriot deadlock puts EU talks at risk

CYPRUS could be excluded from the launch of accession negotiations at theend of this month if the Greek Cypriot government does not show sufficientflexibility in allowing Turkish Cypriots to take part in the talks, warn EUinsiders.
