Dishonest referendum campaigners

The government leaders of the UK and the Netherlands are under strong pressure to organise referenda on the new reform treaty, which is scheduled for agreement at the October EU summit. This pressure is largely dishonest and disingenuous and should be resisted by the UK and Dutch prime ministers.
