STRANDED?

Transport providers are obliged to:
Inform passengers about their rights.
Ensure disabled passengers receive assistance.
Offer stranded passengers accommodation and meals (excludes rail).
Offer reimbursement for lost luggage.
Give passengers a choice between a refund or re-routing if their journey has been cancelled or delayed by more than a specified time.
Pay compensation when journeys are cancelled or delayed by more than three hours, unless this is caused by ‘extraordinary circumstances'.
