EU brokering unfair deal with poor states

With so much attention focused on the collapsed Doha trade talks, behind closed doors invidious bilateral trade deals are being forced on the African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) developing countries. Termed Economic Partnership Agreements (EPAs), these often contain the worst and most unfair elements of what was on the table in the World Trade Organization (WTO) talks.
