Fixing the sources of Arab-Israeli conflict

The return of Israeli troops to Lebanon and Palestine this dry, hot summer was not about control of the Litani River or the wells of Gaza. But the wholesale destruction of water infrastructure has compounded a profound injustice which remains an underlying source of tension, environmental destruction and public health hazards.
