Franz in the soup over leeks

Agriculture Commissioner Franz Fischler is in the soup with ex-Eurovision star Dana Scallon over the size of Europe's leeks. The Irish MEP says EU 'norms' for classifying them are "not compatible with the natural cultivation of leeks".
