Helping hand that knows no borders

European Voice has found its way to the Roghani refugee camp on the Pakistan-Afghanistan border, where Oxfam's man in Brussels, David Earnshaw, is helping the aid organisation's efforts to provide water and sanitation for some 12,000 Afghan refugees already on site.
