Is personnel office afraid of accession workforce?

The new member states joining the European Union on 1 May are of course very welcome and will be given the spotlight in the coming weeks, months and even years, but this enthusiasm is apparently not really shared by the European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO), which is responsible for all the recruitment of the European institutions since the beginning of this year.
