The letters GM are synonymous with agribusiness giant Syngeta, the world's biggest supplier of conventional and genetically modified biotechnical ‘crop
solutions'. But from now on they should also stand for ‘Good Man' as far as company chairman Heinz Imhof is concerned.
He'd barely sat down to a meal at Davos' top hotel when he was joined by three young people with nowhere else to sit. Imhof was charm itself and, best of all, he paid the entire bill. OK, he can afford it...
