Jackson dry in sweaty environment

Last week's climatic extremes exposed serious design flaws in the European Parliament's Paul-Henri Spaak building in Brussels. As temperatures and humidity peaked, a visibly sweaty environment committee convened to get on with its legislative work - but chairwoman Caroline Jackson at least kept a dry sense of humour.
