Journos prove write stuff for Commission

The migration of central European journalists into the Commission continues. Karel Bartak has, as presaged here last week, agreed to sign for Danuta Hübner. Hungarian Krisztina Nagy, a journalist for Magyar Televízió, will be spokesperson to the Enlargement Commissioner, Olli Rehn. The current spokesman for enlargement, Jean-Christophe Filori, is being elevated into Rehn's cabinet, where his responsibilities will include Turkey and Cyprus. Other spokespeople are simply shuffling sideways. Amelia Torres will switch from being the voice of Mario Monti to speaking for Joaquín Almunia, the economic and monetary affairs commissioner.
