As Donald Tusk, Poland's new prime minister, made his inaugural speech in parliament last week he might have reflected that he owes his victory mainly to the support of young voters. It was they who backed his pro-business Civic Platform party (PO) last month, afraid that the Kaczynski twins were turning the clock back to a claustrophobic past, out of tune with the country's future in the European Union.
