Ludford to head Lib Dems

MEP Baroness Sarah Ludford, scourge of the CIA, is to become leader of the UK Liberal Democrats after their current boss, Chris Davies, was forced to resign after insulting a constituent by email. Davies criticised Israel for pursuing "policies of apartheid".
