MacShane turns down chance of moving experience

Denis MacShane, who recently became UK premier Tony Blair's sixth minister for Europe in as many years, has launched his occupancy of the hot seat in somewhat eccentric style: EN hears that MacShane is refusing to move into the palatial Whitehall office allocated to his job because he believes it carries a curse of some kind.
