Ministers seek unity in the eurozone

The finance ministers of the eurozone countries, who are to meet in Brussels on 12 November, will discuss reports on how the governments of Spain and Ireland are meeting conditions that were attached to their financial assistance. The ministers will also attempt to reduce divisions that emerged at the last European Council on 18-19 October over the European Commission's plan for a single banking supervisor and will touch on future governance of the eurozone.
