Order of the boot

The truth can now be told about those cowboy boots world leaders were given at the recent G7/8 summit in Denver. Commission President Jacques Santer did not wear his, not because he wanted to snub the US, but because they didn't fit. Santer takes size 44, but the boots put out for him were only 42. It appears that someone in Clinton's employ had not done their homework.
