Pieces fall into place at DG Comp

Now that the European Commission's Directorate-General for Competition has filled two out of the three vacant deputy directors-general posts, there are some interesting changes happening at lower levels. Cecilio Madero Villarejo, head of unit for information technology and consumer electronics and, perhaps more notoriously, head of the team handling the Microsoft case, has been appointed a director for the services sector.
