Serbia's is rapidly changing its role in the region

Serbia is at the heart of the western Balkans politically, economically and geographically. But rather than acting as an anchor for the region, for the past two decades it has mainly exported instability to its neighbours. Is Serbia about to leave that period of isolation and strife behind – as a majority of its citizens appear to want?
