Siberia calling

Uncle Joe Stalin is not the only person to banish people to Siberia: someone has done the same to Michael Zenner, spokesman at the German representation. However, it is understood that Mr Zenner's posting to the German consulate in Novosibirsk is voluntary, and that he will be allowed to leave at a later date.
