Sleeping rough: president's not fussy after a long day's work

Sleeping in the Parliament, Part II. Following last week's notice here that the head of security wants to ensure that nobody sleeps in MEPs' offices in the Parliament's Brussels building, we should report that at least one MEP is allowed to sleep in the Parliament in Strasbourg: President Josep Borrell. There is in the Winston Churchill building an apartment to be put at the disposal of the president. Borrell is one of the few presidents actually to use it.
