The UK's Pro-European Conservative Party, a breakaway from William Hague's rabidly anti-EU party, is to change its name after its poor showing in last month's Euro-elections. Party campaign chief Mark Littlewood explained: "People hate parties, they hate the Conservatives and they hate the pro-euro cause: we had four of the most unpopular words in the English language.
