Totally gone to seed

The complexity of the EU's various committee systems is such that occasionally some groups seem to be forgotten altogether. One - not exactly hugely important - panel, the European Commission's Standing Group on Seeds, has not held any meetings since 28 April 1999. Maybe someone needs to give it a watering.
