Tusk to present Croatia with EU accession treaty

Ambassadors of the EU's 27 member states sign off Croatia's accession treaty.
Donald Tusk, the prime minister of Poland, is in Zagreb today to present the Croatian government with the text of Croatia's treaty of accession to the European Union.
