US intellectuals hold forth on UK intervention in poll

AT WORST it is inappropriate meddling in the politics of another country that is certain to backfire; at best, it is nothing more than a cheap publicity stunt. But regardless of how you look at it, you've got to love the mischievous The Guardian, which has in its own small way stirred up the pot in the US presidential election.
