Parliament might yet delay Barroso’s nomination

Socialists, Liberals and Greens ready to put off a vote until after the summer.

The three political groups in the European Parliament that are opposed to giving José Manuel Barroso a second term as European Commission president have re-stated their desire to delay a vote on his nomination until September.
