Frequently asked questions

I. If you do not have a log-in or a password, please register. Registration provides you with access to three months' worth of articles. (Please note, though, that registered users gain access to articles published in the newspaper only a week after publication.)
 
II. If you have a subscription to the newspaper, you do not need to register. Just enter the e-mail you gave us when you subscribed in the Log-in field. The password is your customer number. If you cannot remember that number, just click on the Log In button and you will receive a new, automatically generated password. (You can always change that password to a more personal and memorable one in the My EV section.)

III. If you have forgotten your password, just type in your e-mail address and click on the Log In button. A new password will be sent to you by e-mail. (The e-mail will also contain a reminder of your log-in.)
